Grainger Realty, LLC is a two person office, the employing broker  would be me, Reed R. Grainger. I have been in the real estate brokerage business in the area since getting a salesman's license in 1986. I opened this office on October 1, 2003. I owned and operated a brokerage in Cripple Creek from 1989 through part of 2002, sold it and was employed by it until opening Grainger Realty. Ruth Grainger has been licensed since August of  2006. Before coming to Grainger Realty she worked in Colorado Springs at Heritage Realty for a year.

Since limited stakes gaming was approved for Cripple Creek in the 1990 Colorado General election, a lot of transaction involving gaming and casino properties have taken place, and I am happy to say that I have been involved in quite a few of those transactions. I strongly urge anyone interested in the gaming business to first contact the Colorado Division of Gaming FIRST as there is absolutely no use pursuing a real estate acquisition until you are familiar with all the regulatory issues that will be involved, and have had a chance to review all the statistical information in regard to the industry here which is available from the State.
